Louie Frias was born in Los Angeles and was raised in tough neighborhoods until his family relocated to Orange County.
In 1981 he secured his real estate brokers license and eventually managed to obtain an ownership interest in a real estate company in North Long Beach. Specializing in serving the active duty and veteran community in assisting them to purchase homes for their families for a decade. When the opportunity to serve even more clients in another manner, he became a mortgage loan officer and soon secured an ownership interest as a mortgage bank.
His additional business ventures came in the form of acquiring defaulted mortgage notes and working out payment plans for those impacted. He relocated to Southern Nevada in 1994 securing his real estate brokers license. He became a CASA volunteer under the guidance of Judges Hardcastle and Gaston in the Clark County Family court system where he was able to help children in the system secure better lives and college admittance.
Always reaching out to the community, when time permits, he volunteers at the Las Vegas location of Catholic Charities. Staying in touch with the current administration is a huge pleasure and what lead to the establishment of Medical Protection Industries in an effort to provide ease of securing vital medical protective equipment to those who serve.
